Got questions? No problem. Here’s a list of answers to common questions you may have.   

How Do I Access The Community Forum?

The community forum is being run via a secret Facebook group. You can access it by clicking on the Community tab on the menu or by clicking here

When accessing the Facebook Group for the first time, you will need to enter the email address that you used to join the Meaningful Business Academy and one of the administrators will give you access - don't worry, you only have to do this once. It's just a tiny security measure to make sure that only members of the academy have access to the group. 

Where can I find my account details?

Simple go to the My Account button at the top of the page in the menu. There you'll find details of your payments, subscriptions and how to cancel your membership if you feel the academy isn't for you.

The academy isn't for me - how do I cancel?

While we want to make sure you have an amazing experience as a member of the community, we know that this isn't going to be for everyone and you're free to cancel at any time. Simple go to the My Accounts Tab on the menu and you'll find details of how to cancel your membership. 

We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues you may be having, however, so if you are thinking about canceling your membership, we'd love it if you would contact us first to see if we can resolve any issues you're having. 

How does the academy work?

The academy is based on a few core principles: namely, that to grow a meaningful business we need

  • Targetted information,
  • A supportive community around us,
  • A helpful mindset that supports resiliency


  • Consistent action. 

The academy focuses on all four of these areas.

Targetted information - so that you don't get overwhelmed and try and do ALL THE THINGS. 

A supportive community so you're not on your own and getting stuck in your own head - plus you have a group of fellow travelers who know what building a business is like and can encourage you to stay the course.

Mindset tools and live coaching to help you address the perfectly normal (if at times unhelpful) fears and mental challenges that come up when we're building a business


Challenges, coaching, and support to keep you in consistent imperfect action as you build your meaningful business.  


Each month we will add more content - you can find a list of upcoming courses and classes in you Academy Homestead. 

There will also be one live coaching call every month and a co-working session - check the coaching and events tab to get the upcoming dates and times of these. 


What if I forget/lose my password?

You can reset your password via the login screen or via the My Account tab on the menu

Will you be adding more content?

Yes! Every week while we're in the Beta mode we'll be adding at least one new class or resource. 

Once we are out of beta mode we'll be adding at least one new course or masterclass per month in addition to the monthly coaching and co-working calls. 

I have an idea for a subject I'd like you to create a course on. How do I tell you about it?

We're always open to hearing your suggestions for courses, content or guest teachers you'd like to see in the academy. You can let up know using the feedback tab on the menu. 

I have a question I'd like coaching on. What do I do?

Every month there will be a thread in the community forum where you can ask for feedback or ask a question you'd like answering during the coaching call. You have to submit via this thread so that we can look at it in advance and if appropriate, address it on the call. 

How do I access the coaching calls and co-working sessions?

These are held via zoom and you'll find details of how to access the calls on the coaching and events page.
